Extra! Avatar the legend of Korra! Updates!

The Nickelodeon, already has a date for the premier of Avatar: The Legend of Korra!
Will set in November 2011, the day hasn't been confirmed: (
They are planning 12 episodes for the series >_< , but probably will come to 50 ^‿^ (at least I hope :P ). Like Avatar: The Last Aribender, he should be indicated for awards for Best series of action / adventure and Best Series of the year and hopefully win!

Mille Crêpes

The first food that Ichigo made in the anime was the Mille Crêpes so I decided to try (note: I never cooked in my life). So I went to the kitchen is clear that my grandmother was supervising to see if I would put fire in the kitchen XD
Well then I start to made the crêpes ...
Mille Crêpres
(The first)
Ingredients:
- 2/3 preparation of Custard Creme
- 2/3 preparation of Whipped Creme
- 8oz / 0.5lb all purpose flour (sifted)
{It is equivalent a 8 to 10 tbsp (depends on the flour that is used)}
- 10g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1oz butter (melted)
- 1g salt
- a touch of vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Sift the flower and then mix it with the granulated sugar and salt in a bowl.
2. Place the milk and eggs in to another bowl and mix while slowly adding the mixture from step 3. Mix the melted butter and vanilla essence in and then strain the mixture to rid of any lumps.
4. Spread a little butter on to an ~8in frying pan. Ladle a small round circle of batter on to the pan while tilting it around in order to spread the batter evenly. Cook over a low to medium heat until the surface is dry then flip and cook it on the other side. It cooks quickly, so don't burn it. Allow all of the crêpes to cool.
5. Mix the custard creme and whipped cream together until it has a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture.
6. To build the cake, start with a crêpe, spread a very thin layer of creme over the crepe and repeat until you've achieved the cake tower!

Custard Creme and Whipped Cream

Custard Creme:

Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups milk
- a touch of vanilla essence
- 4oz (0.25lbs) granulated sugar
- 1oz corn starch
- 1oz all purpose flour
- 5 egg yolks

Directions:
1. Place a large bowl inside of an even larger bowl with ice.
2. Place the milk, vanilla essence, and a third of the sugar in to a sauce pan and whisk over medium heat.
3. Place the rest of the sugar in another bowl with the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Mix in the corn starch and flour until all of the lumps are gone.
5. Add a quarter of the mixture from step 2 to the bowl and mix well.
6. Add this to the remaining mixture from step 2 in to the saucepan.
7. When air bubbles rise to the top, take it off the heat. It should be fluid and wobbly.
8. Transfer to the bowl sitting on top of ice cubes that you prepared in step 1.
9. Use saran wrap or other cling plastic wrap to tightly seal in the custard cream until it's cool

Whipped Cream:
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups fresh cream (note: higher fat cream can get too creamy)
- 2oz granulated sugar
- a touch of vanilla essence

Directions:
1. Place a large bowl inside of an even larger bowl with ice, this is your chilled bowl.
2. Place fresh cream, vanilla essence and granulated sugar in your chilled bowl.
3. Quickly whisk over ice until foamy. Be careful to not allow any water into the mixture.
4. When you see peaks and the wires on the whisk are each covered in stiff foam, it's done.
P.S.:Carefully with the point of Whipped Cream, if you pass the point it will become butter!

Note:

At the end of the second episode of the anime, ♥Ichigo♥ decides to put strawberry among the cream mixture so I decided to do the same and you should try as well. The flavor of this delicious fruit drop candy recipe. Do not forget to use the granulated sugar, it is less sweet than refined sugar.

Yumeiro Patissiere ♥Sweet Spirits♥

Hardly a day passed and I'll post about the SWEET SPIRITS, I'm fast, huh? XD
Well who wants to keep a blog of anime that have just been launched in Japan has to be fast.
Well let's start:
Vanilla: Ichigo's spirit sweets who Specializes in vanilla. ◕ ‿ ◕.. She fights with Chocolat Generally, though They Do not Seem To Actually hate each other XD. Ichigo and Vanilla are best friends ♥, and are extremely loyal to each other. Vanilla Plays Often the big part in cheering up Ichigo Whenever she feels discouraged. Her magic sweets Can decorate plates, make people shrink to the size of the Sweets Spirit, or fill The entire room with a pastry's scent.

Chocolat: Kashin's sweets spirit who is skilled in the classic example is chocolate.She of the tsundere character, though she "seems to loose this trait Somewhat to the series progresses. Although she Appears to dislike Ichigo, she cares for her and Actually helps her Whenever needed.

Caramel: Walked sweets's spirit who is useful with caramel. Although Caramel is the eldest out of Ichigo's Sweets Team Spirits, she is clumsy like Ichigo and tends to cry a lot. She ends her sentences with commonly desu. Coffee That She states has a terrible sense of direction. She considers her Walked To Be Big Brother. Her magic sweets Allows her to make pastry show someone how the pictures look like sweets.
(She's the cutest of all! XD But I prefer the Vanilla)

Coffee: Hanabusa's sweets spirit who is good with coffee. Café is polite, smart, and very calm. He looks up to him the sections Hanabusa and his senpai. Can coffee make the coffee bitter extremely potent way of making the Team Ichigo more awake.

Characters:

♥Ichigo Amano:
An optimistic, lively and clumsy 14-year-old middle school student who loves sweets.
If you like anime and manga as much as I can not stand and see only those who pass on Nickelodeon or the Cartoon Network, or not know that Ichigo means strawberry in Japanese. How should imagine it is a strawberry sinbolo well as Ichigo from Tokyo Mew Mew. In the anime she has a "spirit of sweets" called Vanilla!

♥Makoto Kashino:
One of the "Sweets Princes" of the St. Marie's Academy who specializes in chocolate.Makoto in Japanese means honesty, truth. The symbol of it is nothing less chocolate (a curiosity, it was proved by science that chocolate is better than a kiss, my teacher said that)
I have not seen much of the anime I'm just in 6th episode of the first season but I will write every 10 episodes okay?

♥Satsuki Hanabusa:One of the "Sweets Princes" of the school who specializes in candy sculptures and flower-based cakes.The symbol of it is a rose. In the third episode Ichigo is surprised to hear that Hanabusa is a bit narcissistic.

♥Sennosuke Andou:One of the "Sweets Princes" of the school who specializes in Japanese sweets.I do not know much about it, sorry ☹
After four episodes I'll write about Spirits Sweets. Okay ☺

Bakugan Battle Brawlers

Bakugan is very cool and I love the female characters. The personalities are well defined, they have their own style, are independent and very funny too.
Meet them:
Runo Misaki: Runo is a Haos brawler. She lives in the same town Dan and is also in love with him, though often they express their "love"arguing with each other. She is also a bit jealous as can be seen when Julie embraces Dan She works at the restaurant from their parents.


Some people say she looks like Hatsune Miku (vocaloid) but it's only the hair has many anime characters with similar hairstyles, we will see in the anime Fortune Arterial pesonal of Kuze Kirihara is similar to Zakuro Fujiwara from Tokyo Mew Mew and others . We should not be prejudiced, right? So watch the anime!

Julie Makimoto: Subterra is a brawler. Julie is a girl who always tries to be happy no matter how bad the infrastructure is the situation. However, such optimism often hide their true feelings. She is the biggest fan of Dan, but really likes to leave Runo jealous. Julie is brave and fearless, rarely escaping from a battle.
She isn't my favorite but she's very funny, I prefer her in the Bakugan New Vestroia

Alice Gehabich: Alice is a girl in Moscow and the oldest of the warriors. She is an orphan of father and mother and lives with his grandfather Michael. Together, they built a teleporter to vestroia, but due to a system failure, he merged both worlds and infecting Alice and Michael with the negative energy of the center of Silence. This created a negative energy counterpart of Alice, the Masked villain. At first she struggled, but after the departure of Masquerade, she is battling with his Bakugan, "Alpha Hydranoid"using the attribute Darkus.
She's nice but my favorite is Runo!

Anime

Sorry to be a time without posting, but I went back and look how sad I am ↓

I'm so sad because all my anime ended! Fortune Arterial, MM! and Tantei Opera Milky Holmes!
Look:
Fortune Arterial ended with 12 eps;
MM! also finished with 12 eps;
Opera Milky Tantei Holmes ended with 13 eps!
So I decided to see another who had finished with 13 eps Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu he's great but ended ☹
But there are some anime that I would not recommend one of them is School days at the beginning is cute but then he starts to get boring and the end is horrible I could not watch more than 5 minutes! Another bad is called H2O Footprints in the Sand is lovely but the ending is sad.
I recommend Chobits I read the manga and see the anime is great for laughs and the end is beautiful.
Now I decided to see the new mania Bakugan in the world, also began to see Digimon Xros Wars and I see one that looks so cute Yumeiro Pâtissière Profe♥ Wish me luck ☺

Avatar: The Legend of Korra?

Korra is the new Avatar, after 70 years, the new avatar is reincarnated in a young girl from the Southern Water Tribe

(Korra has born in the same tribe that Katara) .

She Already has mastered the elements of Water, Earth and Fire, But needs to master Air.Korra will have to learn Airbending from master Tenzin, son of Avatar Aang and Katara!

She will have to contend an anti-bender revolution taking place in the Republic City.

Republic City: the city's design inspired by the Shanghai in the 1920s and 1930s, Hong Kong, Manhattan and Vancouver.
I do not think it'll be as cool as Avatar: The Last Air bender. I would prefer that the authors continue the adventures of Aang and Katara. I love her, she's amazing! I hope that Katara and Korra are alike!
Well, I'll wait until Nickelodeon launches the serie Avatar: The Legend of Korra.

Animes

I love watch anime and read manga!
So I decided to tell you about my favorite Fortune Arterial and a new sensation in Japan!
♥ Manga:
Has three volumes (little does not it?) and eighteen chapters.
♥ anime:
Until now has eight episodes but some people say they'll only thirteen, and two OVAS! I hope that it would be very little!
Plot Summary: Fortune Arterial's story revolves around the male protagonist Kohei Hasekura, who transfers into a prestigious public school in the style of an English six-year school encompassing junior-high and high school students. The school, named Shuchikan Academy, is on an island named Tamatsu Island off-shore from mainland Japan, and the only way to get there is by boat. Soon after transferring, he discovers that one of the student in the class next door to his, Erika Sendo, is in fact a vampire.
